SlumberBreeze is committed to fulfilling orders in a timely manner and complying with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (30-Day Rule).

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via standard US shipping.
  • If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you by email and provide you with the option to:
    — Consent to a revised shipping date, or
    — Cancel your order for a full refund.
  • If we do not receive a response to our delay notification, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued in accordance with FTC guidelines.
